Kids KlayTime encourages kids to create deeper connection with nature– think beauty, compassion and mindfulness. Our Craft projects use materials that are in harmony with the environment allowing kids to develop capacities for creativity, symbolic play, problem solving and intellectual development.

We offer small batches in a secured facility with strict health and hygiene protocols. Carefully created class size, structures and settings allow us to incorporate physical, emotional, social, and intellectual aspects into our programming. Our STEM focused creative art techniques help kids to build cognitive abilities either via traditional training class sessions or through one-off clay dates!!

Duration of each training level is customized per your kid's learning pace and cognitive needs.  All materials is provided, just bring your curiosity and creativity to take your accomplished art piece home!

Courses and Class Schedules

Exceeding Your Expectations

Beginners Level

Learn and feel clay texture. Understand proportions for perfect balancing and blending of various natural elements. Kids learn basic hand-building techniques such as, kneading, pinching, coiling and slab building to create objects of their imaginations. This class is suited for kids of all ages.

Pottery Class

Intermediate Level

Introducing an armature and a set of sculpting tools for refining details, Carving, creating textures, or adding intricate features. Kids learn Finishing and Surface Treatments such as, priming, painting or applying finishes to enhance object's appearance and durability. Generally, this level is more suited for artists age 8yrs and above.

Carving Pottery

Advanced Level

A deep understanding of materials, mastering casting, molding, surface finishing techniques and enhance the ability to express complex ideas and emotions through sculpture.  Learn Conceptual Depth to create abstract and experiment with interactive elements, and kinetic features. 

Ceramic Clay

Sat: 10am - 10:45pm
Sun: 1pm - 1:45pm
